Cone Crunchers is a documentary film that chronicles the racing season of four participants in the Ontario Regional Solo II Championship.

Solo 2, also known as "Autocross", is a form of amateur motor-sport that involves racing street-cars in a large parking lot through a course designated by pylons.

Although autocross is meant to be a friendly, introductory form of motor-sport, the subjects in Cone Crunchers are extremely hardcore competitors. This film explores their race season, the time and money they put into their cars, and how their relationships with family and friends are affected by their obsession.
